Question: Why are we letting pay tv take over?

Can anyone see what is happening to all out commercial networks?! Do you not understand that once FOXTEL has the monopoly that you will only get one bias, one sided news and shows and they can set what ever agenda they want!!! Is it mass hypnosis or are we to over worked and stressed to care anymore??? i refuse to get Foxtel! but where are the other supporters of unbiased public tv and information. look at what private equity is allready doing to our country. and the current situation in America!

Unfortunately, if you want to watch television, what choice do you have these days? People will have to turn to NEWSPAPERS (gasp) and the Internet, and the Radio for news instead!

Exactly what is the situation, as you see it, in America? Without pay t.v. I have no t.v. You don't need t.v. for accurate information. You have the internet for that.
