Question: Why is hbo the only pay tv service that doesn't feature r rated movies during daytime hours?

HBO is a family oriented cable station and doesn't show adult material (r- rated) material until the later hours . Usually 7'o'clock and up supposedly the younger audience would have gone to bed or will be under adult supervision.
