Question: Is there a way to watch 'antenna-tv' / 'me-tv', on cable or satellite tv hookup . . . . . . . . . . . .?

My Mom lives in a Retirement Apartment Complex, & I don't know exactly what kind of TV source they have (neither does she, but, it is definitely not antenna). She wants to view a few of the old 40s- thru- 60s shows from time to time. If it is possible to do so . . . what steps should we take to find out the channel for her to watch one or both of those channels on . . . ? Thank You! (: My Mom is 94 years old, has never been Gadget savvy, & has no interest - - or ability- - to learn now. So, I am hoping to find those stations on whatever kind of TV provider she has. I know that at least one of them is not available yet to people in her are that use antennas. Is it possible that these stations are not carried at all by any cable or satellite TV providers . . . ?

She would probably have to get basic cable or learn how to use the internet (not likely) If you could get google tv and someone to work it for her....

I have antenna tv on my tv but it just basic cable, BUT i have a sanyo hdtv with digital channels.and i have Optimum. Its cahnnel 11-2 on my tv.

Whenever I touch a cable or antenna I get a kick. One massive shock. You must get 2 teenagers - they always know all about the new tech.
